Adventure Sport Cycles started operating in October 2001, in a tiny shop, on a busy street called Johnson str. The business has gone from strength to strength and is now situated at its present place, unit 5 in Riverside Estate, the industrial area in Mbabane.
Adventure Sport hosts 4 cycling events annually. They are:
The Kidz Mini Mtb Race – mtb.
The Nhlangano Classic – road.
The Siteki Bicycle Race – road.
The City-City Mtb Classic – mtb.
The proceeds from each ride go to charity. The proceeds from The Inyatsi City-City Mtb classic ’08 went to buying food supplies and laying mash for the Kahlophe Soup kitchen which is in the same area as the start of the City-City near Fontaine in Mbabane.
The money was used to buy maize meal, beans, soup and laying mash for the chickens that the community looks after. Alex Dlamini is the overseer of this project. Inyatsi General Manager Nelisiwe Bulunga came to the presentation to see the good use that the money was put to. Adventure Sport would like to thank the cyclists who participate in these events and the sponsors who make this event possible. Without cyclists and sponsors we would not be able to assist the various communities in this way.
